The Reliability Engineer would be responsible for Failure Prevention & Analysis: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures and proactively apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to manufacturing processes. Maintenance Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PdM/PM) strategies to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize unplanned downtime.

responsibilities:
- Failure Prevention & Analysis: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures and proactively apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to manufacturing processes.
- Maintenance Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PdM/PM) strategies to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze equipment performance data, utilizing statistical modeling and reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF) to identify chronic issues and forecast future failure risks.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Ensure new equipment adheres to Design for Reliability (DfR) standards by providing technical input during design, commissioning, and final acceptance testing.
- Technical Support & Compliance: Provide specialized technical support to maintenance and operations teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards and the Quality Management System (QMS).
