Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry is looking for a Construction Superintendent in the Anaheim, California area for their thrid shift (10pm to 6:00am). Key qualifications include, 4+ years of experience with Construction Supervisor experience of multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000. A High School Diploma with four plus years of experience is required.

responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage all assigned projects from initial creation through final completion, ensuring every phase aligns with the original scope and implementation strategy.
- Financial & Schedule Oversight: Deliver projects on time and within approved budgets by monitoring contractor man-loading, task planning, and cost-efficient execution.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, corporate, and DLR safety standards by reviewing and approving contractor safety plans and monitoring on-site programs.
- Design & Strategy Integration: Participate in pre- and post-bid scope reviews and constructability assessments to develop robust project implementation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Partners, Clients, and Operations, ensuring all impacted divisions are informed of project status, financial updates, and guest impacts.
