responsibilities:
- Work with hourly personnel on process improvement
- Troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes and lead guidance on improvements
- Assist hourly technicians in machine troubleshooting
- Monitor effectiveness of processes by analyzing product and implementing best practices
- Work with purchasing and suppliers on new solutions for equipment life/reliability
- BS Metallurgical Engineering or similar
- 1-3 yrs, internship, or similar experience in a production environment
- Desire to be on the floor (not in a lab or R&D setting)
- Great communication skills, and a desire to be part of a team
