Key qualifications include 9+ years of professional architectural experience, with significant exposure to design management and construction administration. A Bachelor's or Master's degree, as well as an active architectural license in the State of California, are required.

responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead architectural design and coordination for 25+ concurrent projects of varying scales, partnering with Project Managers and internal stakeholders.
- External Management: Direct external architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all work aligns with Disney's standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the specialist for architectural detailing, waterproofing, and fire protection, while managing RFPs and detailed scopes of work.
- Construction Administration: Oversee on-site construction activities, including RFI resolution, submittal processing, and facilitating field issue resolutions.
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to manage permitting strategies, inspections, and phasing approvals.
