responsibilities:
- Oversee wire EDM production for all new and modified tooling requirements, ensuring timely delivery and technical compliance.
- Optimize wire EDM throughput by streamlining burn sequences and implementing strategies to minimize machine downtime.
- Program, troubleshoot and maintain wire EDM equipment.
- Identify, recommend and implementing new machining processes and technologies.
- Experienced in CAM programming (MasterCAM preferred), print reading, process documentation, quality control, and manufacturing math
- 5+ years of EDM programming experience is needed.
- Must be proficient in Fanuc 4-axis wire EDM
- Tool shop experience is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
