Our client is seeking 2 Manufacturing Specialist for their Hayward location. This is a 6 month contract, 1st shift!
This role is responsible for analyzing production data to drive efficiency and quality improvements, maintaining validated processes and quality documentation.
Required to have a high school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of manufacturing lab experience. Be familiar with SOPs, travelers, ECOs, and GMP along with demonstrated basic chemistry, math and analytical skills . Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system and familiar with ISO 9001, 13485 and FDA QSR manufacturing standards

responsibilities:
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Analyze production data for continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma/OpEx), resolve process discrepancies, and ensure the validated state is maintained (SME for Validation, MES, and eDHR).
- Quality Documentation: Develop and update critical Quality Documents, including work instructions, procedures, and pFMEAs.
- Quality Support & Auditing: Participate in internal audit programs, assist with corrective actions, and troubleshoot product non-conformances.
- Instrumentation & Reporting: Test DNA sequencing instruments and manage detailed reports of failures and defects.
