Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor for a leading packaging manufacturing company based in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible to supervise engineering team, develop manufacturing processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or technical discipline is ideal)
- Experience supervising a team of manufacturing engineers and controls technicians
- Must have experience troubleshooting electrical control systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLC/HMIs
- Hands-on experience with wiring, rewiring, and electrical assembly

- Supervise engineering team, develop manufacturing processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support to production floor, troubleshoot issues, and ensure manufacturing readiness for new products.
- Manage engineering projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support new product introductions.
- Optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality standards in the design and assembly of custom machinery
- Supervise and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and jigs to improve assembly efficiency and product quality
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality and production issues.
