Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer in the heating systems industry, and they're looking for a hands-on, mechanically driven problem solver to join their New Product Development laboratory. In this role you'll work directly alongside engineers testing and troubleshooting next-generation heating systems - often on prototype equipment that has never been tested before. This is not a follow-the-manual position. You'll be getting your hands dirty, working from engineering drawings, and when something isn't working you'll be expected to diagnose why across mechanical, electrical, fluid, and combustion systems and clearly walk through your reasoning. The right person thinks like an engineer but thrives doing hands-on technical work.
