Join a multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization for a contract to hire role as a Process Engineer. This role will develop and implement process improvements for server racks. An ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience improving server rack processes. This is a contract to hire role that could lead to a permanent position and has significant opportunity for growth.

responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end manufacturing workflows to successfully transition customer products into scalable production
- Develop custom application software and precision tooling to automate and manage complex machinery and multi-stage mechanical processes
- Lead comprehensive process capability assessments using design of experiments and statistical modeling to maximize throughput and resource utilization while minimizing costs
- Direct disciplined, root-cause analysis to resolve complex manufacturing bottlenecks and component failures across multi-stage production environments
- Serve as a strategic liaison to product designers, providing critical feedback to ensure designs are optomized for efficient, high-yield manufacturing
- 2+ years of server rack assembly and process improvement experience
- Solidworks & AutoCAD experience
- Ability to train and direct engineering technicians
