Construction Project Manager needed to manage multiple physical security upgrades to various facilities in WI and IA. This role requires a PMP certification and at least 5 years of experience, this role leads the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-to-large construction projects by applying PMI methodologies to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. This is a contract position estimated to last 12 months with a possibility of extension.

responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of medium to large physical security projects for various facilities from initiation through closure.
- Apply PMI-based project management methodologies to achieve scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Define specific business needs, deliverables, and performance measurements for each project.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses and feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
- Identify necessary resource skillsets and manage staffing levels to mitigate project risk.
- Collaborate with sourcing to prepare RFPs, evaluate vendor responses, and manage contract finances.
- Develop and execute communication and stakeholder management plans to report status and risks.
- Coordinate training for project team members and end-users to ensure successful adoption.
- Oversee the transition of project deliverables to operational teams, including closing financial work orders.
- Integrate organizational change management strategies into project implementation.
- Utilize project management software and tools to document plans and track progress.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management managing medium to large sized construction projects related to facility security.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Required.
