Growing MEP Consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Las Vegas, NV! Work on meaningful projects from public and private sector across the West coast region as you oversee mechanical projects and a small team of designers. You will bring 5+ years in mechanical, HVAC or plumbing design, a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar with expertise managing projects and leading people.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical projects, oversee schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Lead a small team of designers, guiding workloads, priorities, and professional development
- Coordinate design efforts across all disciplines and ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance
- Conduct mechanical QA/QC reviews and verify cross-discipline coordination throughout the project
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similiar
- 5+ years design experience in mechanical HVAC or Plumbing
- PE License, a plus!
