We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead our inspection efforts and maintain our reputation for excellence. In this role, you will be the guardian of our quality standards, overseeing everything from First Article Inspections to final ISO compliance. This is a leadership position for someone who understands that in medical manufacturing, "good enough" never is.
Detailed Job Overview:
Strategic Oversight: Manage all quality control activities across machining cells, including inspection planning and nonconformance management (MRB/CAPA).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes align with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, supporting internal audits and calibration programs.
Team Mentorship: Lead and train a team of inspectors and machinists, fostering a culture of quality throughout the facility.
Systems Management: Utilize ERP systems to track quality metrics and maintain process controls.
