Our client, a leader in interconnect solutions, is looking for a Process Engineering Technician at their Milpitas, CA site. Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience performing technical tests and experiments for process engineering in a manufacturing industry. An Associate's degree or relevant experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Ensures Equipment Uptime by performing 90% hands-on duties, including setup, continuous machine running, and active troubleshooting of dedicated automotive production equipment.
- Manages Quality and Compliance through regular maintenance and validation of custom equipment, ensuring all operations meet automotive customer standards.
- Drives Process Improvement by conducting test runs and analyzing data to identify yield problems or evaluate new processes.
- Communicates Technical Data by creating and presenting detailed records, charts, and graphs of test results to the engineering team and potentially the automotive client.
- Provides Technical Support and guidance to process development teams, engineering personnel, and line operators to resolve issues unique to the custom automotive process.
