We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead the strategic transformation of our maintenance programs from reactive to proactive. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be the primary architect of our asset performance strategy, ensuring the long-term health and efficiency of critical manufacturing infrastructure.
Qualified candidates will have a BS in Engineering and 3+ years of Reliability experience in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment. CMRP desired but not required.

responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability strategies for mechanical and electrical equipment such as drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, lubrication systems, and automation.
- Conduct systematic FMEAs on critical assets to identify and mitigate high-risk failure modes.
- Oversee the installation and analysis of Vibration Analysis, Thermography, and Ultrasonic sensors.
- Track and report on key KPIs including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Audit the Computerized Maintenance Management System (e.g., SAP, Maximo) to ensure work orders provide "clean" data for failure trend analysis.
- Provide reliability input for Capital Projects, plant upgrades, and new equipment installations.
- Provide assistance to production and maintenance as required.
