Our client, a leader in the circuit board manufacturing is looking for a test technician. Key qualifications include, 2+ years of technician experience with PCBA, hand on experience, module level assembly and test experiences. An associates degree or revelant experience is required for this position.

responsibilities:
- System Testing & Technical Debugging: Perform high-level repairs, module verification, and system-level debugging using electrical engineering principles to troubleshoot PCBAs and complex assemblies.
- Process Oversight & Compliance: Develop and improve burn-in and test processes while ensuring all activities strictly adhere to safety, ISO-9000, and BABT regulatory standards.
- Yield & Reliability Optimization: Analyze quality yields to identify and eliminate "yield detractors," working cross-functionally with Quality Engineering to enhance product reliability.
- Hands-on Equipment Management: Lead the fabrication of new test fixtures, coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, and manage the setup of complex hardware like disk arrays and Ethernet connections.
- Critical Communication & Integration: Utilize smooth verbal and simple written communication to document results, facilitate training certifications, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) within clean room or manufacturing environments.
