Are you a numbers expert who speaks the language of architecture? Forget the "back-office" grind. We are partnering with an award-winning, employee-owned architectural firm to find a Pre-Construction Estimator/Cost Manager who wants a seat on the design team.
This role isn't just about spreadsheets; it's about turning dreams into reality. You'll be embedded in the creative process from day one and be the bridge between concept and fiscal feasibility.
You will provide immediate feedback on architectural forms and materials throughout the design process.
You'll conduct high-level cost-benefit analyses to ensure the design integrity stays intact while budgets stay on track.
You will lead collaborative design conversations and present the narrative behind the numbers to key stakeholders.
Our client values creative and practical expertise over just a degree. If you can visualize a building's assembly from an incomplete drawing, we want to talk to you.
Six to ten years in pre-construction or estimating (Design-Build or At-Risk experience is a major plus).
Mastery of Bluebeam Revu and advanced Excel modeling is expected.
Our client needs someone to be proactive and solution-oriented, navigating the balance between architectural ambition and project reality with ease.
Join an employee-owned firm where your contributions directly impact the company's success-and your own. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment for a professional who is tired of being an afterthought and ready to be a pivotal design partner.
Ready to build something extraordinary? Let's talk.
