Key qualifications include, 5 years of experience with tool selection, Material Quantities, Material Types, Fabrication methods, and Tooling Requirements.Experience with AutoCAD/ solidworks is required.

- Advanced Technical Expertise: Demonstrate high-level proficiency in both mechanical and electrical systems to support complex fabrication needs.
- Design & Programming: Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to produce precise shop drawings and maintain the ability to program CNC routers.
- Agile Project Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by constant design changes, with the flexibility to pivot between multiple projects mid-task.
- Collaborative Leadership: Act as a bridge between engineering and creative teams to determine fabrication methods while providing direct supervision to personnel.
