In this role, you'll take ownership of estimating mechanical construction projects, collaborating closely with internal teams to develop accurate pricing, support project planning, and help drive successful execution.

responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate HVAC estimates for commercial and industrial projects
- Review project drawings, specifications, and and bid documents to develop complete scopes of work
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for HVAC systems, equipment and associated materials
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams during preconstruction
- Particapte in bid reviews, scope clarifications, and value engineering discussions
- Assist with budget development, conceptual estimates and desgin-build pricing when required
- 5+ years of pricing for mechanical contracting or HVAC work, or related field experience with mechanical contractor
- Proficiency in estimating software and take-off tools
- Proven understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and installation methods
- Experience in pricing commercial and/or industrial mechanical projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
