Manufacturing Technician needed for immediate temporary to direct hire 1st shift opportunity in the Manchester, CT area. In this role you will become a valuable part of an excellent team supporting process manufacturing medical products.

responsibilities:
- Follow SOP's ensuring process is followed by making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification.
- Maintain an proper communication with colleagues from the next shift involved in running the production equipment.
- Support Process Validation, driving continuous improvement efforts across product, process, and documentation
- Complete all required documentation and data files during production
- Maintain an organized and orderly work area for optimal performance
- HS diploma or equivalent along with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills in production setting
- Ability to recognize not conformities in product and processes
- Solid initiative in problem solving with continuous improvement mindset
- Must have ability to perform general math calculations
- Shows excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail awareness
