responsibilities:
- Lead new product introductions, ensuring process readiness, documentation, and training execution
- Own and drive process and product improvement initiatives, from identification through implementation and results tracking
- Serve as a front-facing technical representative, collaborating with operations, quality, engineering, and external stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma activities to support continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional project teams, delivering measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and KPIs
- Develop, review, and maintain standardized work instructions to ensure repeatability and reproducibility
- Prepare and present project status reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries
- Analyze process data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support engineering technicians and activities related to computer repair services as needed
- Ensure departmental compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality system requirements
- May be responsible for mentoring, task coordination, or supervision of assigned personnel
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives and proactively identify opportunities beyond assigned scope
- Perform other duties as required to support business objectives
