A Project Manager is needed for an American multinational company specializing in transportation, e-commerce, and business services in the Moon Township, PA area. This role is focused on planning and coordinating technical projects in engineering or R&D by managing resources, feasibility, and stakeholder communications.

responsibilities:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates non-IT project activities in fields such as engineering, R&D, and product roll-outs.
- Develops detailed project plans and integration strategies to accomplish specific organizational goals.
- Presents and explains technical proposals, progress reports, and research findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyzes resource needs, technology requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Coordinates the integration of technical activities across different project phases.
- May assist in recruiting, assigning, and evaluating staff to maintain team competence.
- Manages project costs and applies basic quality control techniques to ensure effective distribution of goods.
- Utilizes MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word to document and track project progression.
- Applies basic principles of strategic planning and resource allocation to daily workflows.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 0-2 years experience required.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
