responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control and material distribution to job sites
- Manage and develop warehouse staff, driving productivity and accountability
- Work closely with project managers, field teams and leadership to meet material demands
- Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks that could impact productivity
- Champion a safety-first culture across warehouse and field support operations
- Partner with safety leadership to reinforce best practices across teams
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role (construction or mechanical industry preferred)
- Proven understanding of inventory management, material flow, and job site support
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
- Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management systems is a plus
