Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or skilled trades, paired with 2-4 years of experience in power plant or heavy industrial operations. You should demonstrate broad knowledge of union contract administration, safety requirements, and technical troubleshooting within a complex generation environment.

responsibilities:
- Supervise Bargaining Unit Employees: Direct daily operations and maintenance of power generation equipment while administering union contracts and company policies.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and problem-solving events to identify waste elimination and cost-saving opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate work management priorities and serve as the first line of troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and system deficiencies.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Oversee PPE distribution, conduct safety inspections, and manage potentially hazardous work evolutions to ensure first-time quality.
- Resource Coordination: Manage on-call rotations, contractor oversight, and cross-functional alignment with maintenance and support groups.
