We are seeking a TEM Technician in Santa Clara, CA, to support the world's most advanced semiconductor R&D center. The successful candidate will utilize TEM, SEM, and FIB skills to drive global innovation. Proficiency in high-quality imaging, metrology, and data reporting is required.

responsibilities:
- Advanced Imaging & Reporting: Obtain high-resolution TEM, SEM, and FIB images of various samples and organize the data into comprehensive summary reports for engineering teams.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate advanced metrology tools in a lab environment, execute routine system maintenance (such as plasma cleaning and image calibrations), and coordinate necessary instrument repairs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customers and internal teams to understand detailed requirements, optimize experimental conditions, and clearly communicate analytical results.
- Lab Operations & Safety: Monitor job queues to maintain high lab throughput, create and update procedural documentation, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and SOPs.
- Problem-Solving & Leadership: Troubleshoot atypical analytical challenges, document lessons learned to lower redo rates, and provide informal guidance and support to junior team members.
