responsibilities:
- Execute Procurement Activities: Procure vehicles and operational equipment by analyzing bid proposals, negotiating with suppliers, and awarding purchase orders.
- Resolve Commercial Issues: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve purchase order discrepancies, change orders, and cancellations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with suppliers, Legal, Risk Management, and Business Units to establish specifications, terms, and conditions.
- Support Supplier Management: Assist Category Management with strategic agreements by utilizing blanket orders for projects and facilities.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with internal teams to understand operational priorities and drive the best procurement decisions.
