responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a small validation team (2-3 engineers) by managing workloads, assessing performance, and ensuring accountability for all team deliverables.
- Own Test Strategy & Execution: Drive end-to-end testing and design advanced test strategies, with a strong focus on over-the-air (OTA) and data acquisition validation scenarios.
- Drive Automation & Quality: Develop automation tools and establish strict execution standards to improve efficiency, expand test coverage, and deliver reusable test artifacts.
- Collaborate & Integrate: Partner closely with project managers and OEMs to integrate digital solutions, provide technical support, and resolve critical project issues.
- Manage Lifecycle Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, results, and defects within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system using Agile practices.
