responsibilities:
- Perform Precision Inspections: Verify product dimensions and perform first article inspections (AS9102) against blueprints using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement equipment.
- Document and Report: Maintain detailed inspection records and accurately report any defects, variances, or non-conformities within Our Client's systems.
- Collaborate on Quality Solutions: Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues, taking part in root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Manage Administrative & Math Tasks: Perform simple mathematical computations to determine pass/fail tolerances, alongside file management and material control duties.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to enhance overall product quality while effectively managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
