Our client a leader in the aerospace manufacturing, is looking for a quality engineer in their Camarillo, CA location. Key qualifications include, 3+ years of 3 years of progressive quality experience in aerospace, automotive or industrial manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or Mechanical engineering is required.

responsibilities:
- Standard Setting & Compliance: Develops quality control systems and ensures all products and processes strictly adhere to internal specifications, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Testing & Inspection: Leads the hands-on monitoring, testing, and auditing of materials, equipment, and production processes, including overseeing tool calibration.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyzes production data and customer feedback to identify flaws, performing root-cause analysis and designing methods to fix process issues.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partners with operations managers and suppliers to implement quality controls and ensure raw materials meet organizational requirements.
- Documentation & Training: Collates quality reports for leadership while monitoring employee training and safety standards to maintain brand loyalty and consistent output.
