Construction professionals! We are seeking an energetic Site Supervisor for mission-critical projects. This is not an office-based role; you will spend 70% of your time in the field overseeing equipment installation. Power gen or refinery experience is a plus. Includes comprehensive training in Louisiana before managing sites solo nationwide. Package includes competitive base salary, bi-annual profit sharing, ESOP, paid housing/travel expenses, and home trips every 4-6 weeks.

responsibilities:
- Supervise onsite receipt, installation, and commissioning of Air Cooled Condensers at mission-critical sites.
- Oversee cold/hot commissioning of mechanical systems, plant startup, and operator training.
- Coordinate project planning and technical execution with all stakeholders.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with specifications.
- Manage site documentation including ITPs, NCRs, RFIs, and change orders.
- Provide concise weekly and monthly progress reports using photos and technical sketches.
