responsibilities:
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring quality, safety, schedule and budget targets are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycle
- Partner with Superintendents to drive aligned and efficient field execution
- Manage subcontractor buyouy, performance and payments while upholding high standards
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and change orders to maintain cost control
- Run project meetings and leverage excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, delivering them on time and on budget
