responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activites from ground-up through completion, ensuring safety, quality schedule and budget targets are met
- Manage subcontractors, daily field operations and project schedules to keep work progressing efficiently
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects and engineers to maintain alignment across all stakeholders
- Run weekly meetings, site walks and reporting to track progress and proactively address issues
- Drive quality control with a zero punch list mindset and proven knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications
- Provide excellent field leadership and team development skills, leveraging Superintendent experience and familiarity with tools like CMiC or P6
