A prominent manufacturing company in the Phoenix area is seeking a Sr Equipment Technician. The Technician is responsible for the hands-on operation, technical troubleshooting, and first-line maintenance of production equipment. The Technician will run production to specification, identify and resolve equpment issues, perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, and coordinate with the Maintenance team on more complex repairs. This is a critical position to optimize output quality, minimize downtime, and keep the line running efficiently. The position is paid hourly in the $35/hr range, plus bonuses.

responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Set up and calibrate equipment for each production run, including mixing ratios and material inputs.
- Monitor and adjust equipment parameters (air flow, vacuum, troughs, fall plates, line speeds) to maintain consistent production quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including cleaning, lubrication, and component inspections per maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
