responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive HVAC ductwork layouts in Revit (MEP) from scratch, detailing up to LOD 400 for fabrication, including supports, instruments, and fire-detection features.
- Translate engineering calculations into constructible layouts, preparing plans, sections, and details that strictly adhere to ASHRAE guidelines and SMACNA standards.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks, working closely with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure seamless, clash-free designs.
- Assist multidisciplinary teams across all project phases with design development, revisions, redlines, and internal QA/QC reviews to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain, optimize, and assist in developing BIM templates, families, and consulting standards to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables across fast-paced industrial and technology projects.
