Leading Engineering and Construction firm is in need of a Program Manager to manage EPC projects in Phoenix AZ or Albequerque NM. In this role you will work directly with clients while working with a team of project managers and engineers on projects including power generation, nuclear construction, mission critical data center construction and utility construction. Candidates need to have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success.

responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of overall Program strategic business initiatives to achieve goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership to the Program team; direct and coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team, and ensure the efficient and cost-effective utilization of staff.
- Manage a portfolio of projects that include utility, power generation and mission critical construction.
- Responsible for management of Program budget and expenditure of funds.
