Equipment Manager needed for a leading construction company in South Houston. In this role you will work to manage a fleet of rental equipment used on large construction projects. Working with a team you will manage vendors, documentation and equipment needs from the field. 2 years of relevant experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Source and vet vendors to provide third party equipment to projects
- Maintain an approved/preferred vendor List
- Assess vendor performance
- Create Requisitions and provide to Procurement within 48 hours of identified need with communication to projects
- Provide timely feedback within 48 hours to projects regarding sourced equipment
- Manage downed equipment to resolution and follow up with the project within 24 hours
- Ensure accurate and timely receipts are documented within the system of record for all rentals and repairs

- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School
