responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive electrical design for power distribution and protection systems, developing one-line diagrams, load calculations, and wiring plans.
- Specify critical components like switchgear, transformers, and motor control centers (MCCs) while ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, and IEEE standards.
- Collaborate closely with automation engineers to seamlessly integrate power systems with SCADA and PLC networks.
- Conduct site visits for field verification, provide hands-on startup and commissioning support, and mentor junior staff.
