responsibilities:
- Concept, build, and execute electrical and software designs for complex manufacturing and test equipment used in medical device production.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to define clear specifications, evaluate feasibility, and manage project schedules, deliverables, and costs.
- Maintain strict compliance with FDA/QSR requirements by assisting in the creation of equipment specifications, system verification, and qualifications.
- Specify electrical and pneumatic components, utilizing advanced Python, GitHub/Bitbucket, and standard development tools to achieve project goals.
- Champion engineering best practices, influence divisional procedures, and provide operational training for control systems.
