We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite in a fast-paced NPI environment in the San Francisco Bay Area to join a rapidly growing ODM in the interconnect industry.

responsibilities:
Optimize product designs and improve manufacturability by collaborating with customers on cost-effective cable and wire harness solutions.
Develop technical documentation and 2D or 3D drawings while designing custom tools and fixtures to increase production efficiency.
Lead prototype builds and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality delivery and successful knowledge transfer to manufacturing teams.
