responsibilities:
- Coordinate material flow, manage Kanbans, and distribute daily production schedules to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing for Our Client.
- Direct 2nd-shift pickers and utilize warehouse management systems to track progress and ensure accurate, timely order deliveries.
- Troubleshoot inventory errors, resolve material shortages, and promptly address missing or damaged items to minimize production delays.
- Assist in implementing the new SAP/EWM system into the PDC and process transactions within DNS and WCS mainframe systems.
- Track productivity metrics, report results to supervisors, and recommend process improvements to maintain inventory accuracy.
