responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design and modification for mechanical and hydraulic power stamping presses and related automation upgrades for Our Client.
- Create, modify, and review HMI, PLC, and Safety PLC programs utilizing industry-standard software (such as Studio 5000) and hardware platforms.
- Design and verify hardwire, panel, and field device layouts using AutoCAD Electrical, and conduct comprehensive project risk assessments.
- Supervise engineers, electricians, and millwrights during equipment demolition and installation, resolving any construction-related issues on site.
- Deliver full line commissioning support-including PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting-before, during, and after installation.
