responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, EPCs, and internal teams to manage technical inquiries, change requests, and drive project coordination.
- Oversee project execution by reviewing contracts, leading customer meetings, and providing technical guidance to project management and engineering organizations.
- Manage the engineering budget, forecast quarterly financials, and evaluate the cost and schedule impacts of customer-requested scope changes.
- Mitigate project schedule risks, resolve cross-functional design complexities, and present risk-resolution action plans to upper management.
- Drive continuous improvement by providing technical support across manufacturing and installation, while feeding lessons learned back into design processes.
