responsibilities:
- Own the quality process from preconstruction through project closeout
- Build and manage project specific quality plans, inspections, testing schedules, punch lists and corrective action items
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors and inspectors to keep projects moving
- Review drawings, submittals, maaterials, and field work to catch issues early and avoid delays
- Use tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and MS Office
- Bring 5+ years of construction experience
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, USACE CQM, ACI, or ICC are a plus
