The Details
- Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday night – Friday morning)
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate + Night Shift Differential
- Bonuses: Opportunity for two bonuses annually
- Benefits: Excellent comprehensive package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) once permanent.
- Line Operation: Set up, monitor, and adjust extrusion machinery to produce high-quality materials.
- Quality Assurance: Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure products meet strict specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and fix minor mechanical issues to keep production moving smoothly.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols.
- Experience: Previous experience in extrusion or machine operation is preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with great mechanical aptitude.
- Reliability: You are someone who shows up on time and ready to work—our Sunday-Friday schedule depends on it.
- Precision: An eye for detail and the ability to perform basic math and dimensional measurements.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs if needed.
