Great aerospace client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to provide hands-on support across multiple production areas at a world-class aerospace manufacturing facility. This is a critical role focused on sustaining throughput, improving process reliability, and maintaining the documentation and controls that keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, or precision systems, paired with strong mechanical aptitude and a technically driven mindset.

responsibilities:
- Maintain production flow by supporting daily operations and ensuring output aligns with customer delivery requirements
- Develop and maintain setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls to strengthen quality and operational consistency
- Drive improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and support on-time production
- Provide hands-on technical support across machines, systems, and production equipment
- Utilize data tracking tools to monitor performance and identify trends
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
- Must have experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical operations environment
- strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability
- Must have experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, or precision systems
- CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) prefferred
- Prior experience with process development or continuous improvement preferred
3rd Shift: Thursday-Sunday | 10:00pm-8:00am Indivudals will complete 30-60 days of day shift training Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm prior to shift transition
