responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) in the design, development, and optimization of production systems.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing engineering processes, moving products seamlessly from initial concept and prototyping through to full-scale production.
- System Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components for optimal system performance and machine reliability.
- Core Engineering: knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing workflows, and proficiency with advanced CAD/PLM tools.
- Multidisciplinary Familiarity: Solid understanding of electrical systems, automation, and embedded software integration within industrial machinery.
- Production Expertise: Proven experience with metal cutting, CNC programming, and precision machining technologies.
