responsibilities:
- Manage and update cost standards, SAP data, and upload critical purchasing documents into required tools.
- Streamline and facilitate overhead purchase order (OH PO) routings and approvals via SAP.
- Partner collaboratively with buyers to seamlessly execute vendor onboarding, referencing, and modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pricing discrepancies by coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
