responsibilities:
- Lead small-to-medium capital projects, facility builds, and process improvements from initial planning through final closeout.
- Develop comprehensive project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and budget documentation.
- Deliver clear, concise presentations to leadership, including business case justifications, financial updates, and project statuses.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods and sound engineering principles to resolve complex technical challenges in construction and facility operations.
- Actively mentor, coach, and guide cross-functional team members while multitasking across several diverse projects.
