responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchase requisitions and orders, overseeing pricing, lead times, and basic terms while tracking project deliverables.
- Act as the primary coordinator with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, facilitate onboarding, and resolve any invoice or fulfillment discrepancies.
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain accurate procurement logs, monitor spend, and ensure all purchasing activities strictly adhere to company policies and approval limits.
- Assist Strategic Sourcing Managers with quote collection and cost analysis while participating in continuous improvement initiatives for data accuracy and procurement processes.
