In this dynamic, self-directed role, you will collaborate with their engineering team to develop and refine the smart water metering technologies that support over 4,000 utilities across North America. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with an Associate Degree in electronics and a talent for troubleshooting circuits, building test fixtures, and performing precision soldering.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering staff to develop, test, and support electronic products and hardware tools.
- Conduct functional validation, performance characterization, and failure mode testing on electronic products and software.
- Design and construct test circuits and specialized fixtures to support development activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within electronic circuits, systems, and test equipment.
- Collect, organize, and present technical test data to the team.
- Create and update technical documentation, including material lists, parts drawings, and project data.
- Utilize electronic test equipment and read schematics to execute detailed test procedures.
- Perform precision soldering and de-soldering tasks.
- Manage laboratory operations and maintain equipment to facilitate new product development.
- Use computer skills and programming knowledge, such as LabVIEW, to improve testing efficiency.
