responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for maintaining a safe worksite, upholding one of the core pillars of Our Client's mission.
- Manage the complete construction process to achieve Ready for Service (RFS) status, ensuring lease providers fully comply with all lease agreement contracts.
- Identify and manage crucial dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs across diverse stakeholder teams, including Security, Engineering, and Operations.
- Provide comprehensive, weekly status reports detailing project scope, schedule, and budget alignment with development standards.
- Continuously track lessons learned and proactively identify process improvements to share across Our Client's internal groups.
